An on-site quote is advised as size/dimension of property and level of grime determine the actual price considerably. We do not charge an hourly rate, but a fixed price for the completion of  all tasks in our End of Tenancy Check List (EoTCL) .

Please note that the cleaning service does not include carpet/upholstery or extensive as it is charged separately.
